Headshots:

Individual (30 mins, 5 edits) → $100–$200 per person

Group Rate (5+ people) → $75–$150 per person

Half-Day Rate (4 hours) → $400–$800

Full-Day Rate (8 hours) → $800–$1,500+

Team/Group Photos:

Small Teams (under 10 people) → $200–$500

Large Teams (10+ people) → $500–$1,000+

Event Coverage (Meetings, Conferences, etc.):

Hourly Rate → $150–$300 per hour

Half-Day (4 hours) → $600–$1,200

Full-Day (8 hours) → $1,200–$2,500+

Branding & Marketing Photos:

Half-Day Session (4 hours, 50+ edits) → $600–$1,200
